We definitely recommend the Paperwhite as the best all-around e-reader for most people. The Oasis is very light, and has a superior display, but wow, that Paperwhite deal is too good to pass up. Meanwhile, there’s no shame in buying the baseline Kindle. It’s wonderful too, and gets the job done.
