It’s the time of year again! Everyone wants to get back into shape after the whirlwind, food-filled holidays. This year, I’m attempting to get my yoga back into a regular routine with Under Armour’s Health Box, which claims to have all the ingredients necessary to get you back on track. Let’s see if it can actually do that for me.
The UA Health Box is the brain child of a partnership between HTC and Under Armour. It's a literal red box that you open up to find a fitness band, a WiFi connected scale, and a strap-on heart rate monitor. All these gadgets sync with the UA Record app, which is available on iOS and Android. The app also integrates with Jawbone and FitBit products, so you don’t HAVE to buy this entire package to reap the benefits of the app. The UA Record app also syncs up with several other of Under Armour’s connected products, and apps like MyFitnessPal and MapMyRun, which the company also owns.

The nice thing about buying all this stuff at once is that they all work together in a single fitness routine. You start your mornings by weighing yourself with the Scale, learning your body fat count, and then syncing that up with the app.
